Jason was a featured artist at Makoto Taiko’s 2016 concert at Occidental College, Los Angeles. Makoto Taiko is a Japanese drum ensemble that seeks to unite people of all backgrounds in local and global communities by preserving and sharing the spirit of Japanese taiko drumming through performances, classes, and other charitable and educational activities. In addition to performing traditional Japanese repertoire, Jason also debuted his original piece, “One Last Dance”.
